Refunds and Returns

We always strive to ensure your satisfaction with your Royal Vape shopping experience. Our approach to returns and exchanges is tailored to each case, with the goal of ensuring our customers are pleased with their purchases.

For Returns:

We accept returns for non-opened products, providing a full refund on the retail price only. Please note that products showing signs of customer usage will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited and will be returned to the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, and send the items back to our shop at your own cost.

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • Replacement items will be shipped back to the customer at their own cost or credited to their account for future orders. 
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving the order. 
  • No returns are accepted for consumable and perishable items (e-liquid, replacement coils, pods, disposables).

For Refunds: 

Contact customer support for a refund request, providing details like Order #, Name, Address, Phone Number, and reasons for the return with photos. Refund or replacement will be issued upon the physical return and processing of the shipment at our shop. 

For international orders, if there are delays or issues, customers should liaise with their country’s customs authorities. Order refunds for international orders are not applicable. 

No refund will be applied for orders returned due to the customer refusing to receive the shipment from the courier. 

Warranty Coverage: 

Our 14-day warranty starts from the day items are delivered. The customer covers shipping costs for returning items to Royal Vape, and we cover the costs of shipping the item back after inspecting for faults covered by our warranty policy. 

What is not covered by our warranty?

  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Re-buildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils, or any other accessories on the device. 
  • Failure or damage due to improper use or unauthorized repair. 
  • Damage caused by excessive force, such as dropping or abuse. 
  • Damage from usage outside recommended operating instructions.
  • Damage due to improper use, including water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage. 
  • Leaky tanks. 
  • Loss or damage due to missing components.
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection, or cosmetic issues.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons.
  • Modifying a product voids the warranty.
  • Defects from normal wear and tear or aging.
  • All kinds of disposable cigarettes.

What is covered by our Warranty?

  • LED screen issues.
  • Charging port issues.
  • Battery issues.
  • Unit auto-firing.
  • Chip malfunctions.

For warranty claims, contact us. We can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective and still under warranty.
